Cavern of Stars - Chapter 13

SASUKE POV

"Take it away Naruto." Sasuke said and watched as Naruto nodded and ran ahead of him, his arms flying back out behind him from the speed. Sasuke fell in just behind him to the left, his own arms flying back as well.

"You better keep up Sasuke! You don't want to look bad when I beat you back to the beach do you?" Naruto called over his shoulder, the wind threatening to take his voice away.

"Naruto! Slow down!" Sasuke called back, "If we're going in the wrong direction, you're going to waste all of your charka and energy!" He yelled over the wind they were creating for themselves. "Yeah? And what about you?" Naruto asked, slowing down just a tiny bit. "Why are you running so fast?"

"Because I have to keep up with you!" Sasuke yelled back, aggravation clear in his voice. "You're so stupid sometimes Naruto!" Naruto glared and slowed down a lot then. 'Heh. You hate it when I make sense don't you Naruto…' He thought. "Look, you're not stupid it's just…" Sasuke started but stopped, looking away.

Naruto sighed, "How far out do you think we went yesterday?" He asked, looking ahead, changing the subject. "I don't know. It didn't feel like this far-"Naruto cut him off, pointing straight ahead. "Look! The beach!"

Sasuke looked, and sure enough there it was. "Yup!" Sasuke frowned, then squinted his eyes. It looked like the beach was covered in green ants, zigzagging the beach. "Uchiha Sasuke." Came a voice from beside him.

Sasuke looked as a Ambu suddenly appeared next to him, the face of an elaborately painted cat face starring back at him. "Yeah." Sasuke said, nodding. "We've been looking for you." Was all he said and looking back at the beach.

Sasuke looked at Naruto, hoping to get some sort of explanation, but there was an Ambu talking to Naruto as well. He was talking so low that Sasuke didn't hear them, but Naruto looked upset. "Hey? What's going on?" Sasuke asked the Ambu beside him.

"Its classified Uchiha Sasuke."
